Off the top of my head, these are a couple of things that I can think of:

1. Location - Prime business location with access to public transport nearby is important.
2. Offerings - Do they provide proper desk space, meeting rooms, private cabins. Since I am going to be working 8–12 hours at my workstation, it needs to be comfortable and not too crowded.
3. Hygiene factors - Do they have a cafe for a quick bite? Do they provide ACs? Do you have access to open spaces? Are the meeting rooms noise proof?
4. Facilities - I would love for my workspace to have a place isn’t just a bunch of desks, but a meaningful space where I can relax. A gym is an added bonus. So is a crèche - it ensures that your members can work without worries.
5. Community and Events - Events help in networking with people from different industries. Who knows, my next bit of business could come from someone under the same roof!
6. Infrastructure - Access to uninterrupted Wi-Fi is a must! Same goes for coffee when you are burning the midnight oil.
